All booking inquiries made online represent a non-binding request until formally verified and confirmed by our operators. Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and payment milestones are governed strictly by the specific packages or aircraft charter agreements provided during the booking process.

3. Liability Limitations

GIGA TRAVELCATIONS acts as a luxury travel agent and private flight coordinator. We are not direct air carriers. All flights are performed by FAA or DGCA authorized air carriers. GIGA TRAVELCATIONS shall not be held liable for mechanical delays, weather disruptions, or flight scheduling deviations out of our direct operational control.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising from bookings shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Shimoga.
